Position Overview: As the Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and callers. You will play a critical roll in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors while supporting the daily operations of the clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a customer- oriented mindset, and in interest in the healthcare field.

Expected Hours 16-22 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, check them in, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquires.
• Verify patient insurance details and assist with billing and payment processing.
• Maintain and update patient records in the clinic's management system.
• Coordinate and communicate with chiropractors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering emails, scanning, and data entry.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or healthcare-related role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with others.
• Experience with Jane programming is considered a strong asset.
