IT Analyst for EllisDon

Take your IT career to the next level with EllisDon as an IT Analyst. Engage in digital engineering while providing vital support for hardware and network challenges in a collaborative environment. As an IT Analyst at EllisDon, you will deliver level 1-2.5 support for software and hardware issues, documenting problems and solutions diligently. Your role will involve managing jobsite network infrastructure, ensuring the 24/7 availability of systems, and assisting with project management and deployment tasks. This is an opportunity for you to influence meaningful change in the construction industry with your IT expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Digital & Data Engineering initiatives
- Provide hardware support and document solutions
- Assist in complex issue resolutions with teams
- Manage jobsite network configuration and viability
- Support corporate network maintenance tasks
- Degree/diploma in IT with 4+ years' experience
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft)
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP protocols
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Bilingual in French and English is a plus
