Your role involves improving financial metrics and facilitating group coaching sessions for peer learning. This position is ideal for candidates with strong business acumen and coaching experience who are passionate about development. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach franchise owners on revenue and profit improvement
- Lead goal-setting and business planning workshops
- Design structured coaching cohorts for peer learning
- Facilitate operational accountability and performance reviews
- Guide franchisees through new launches and expansions
- 3-5 years in business coaching or franchise support
- Proven record of improving P&L performance
- Experience leading workshops and group coaching sessions
- Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel approximately 10%
