Senior CPG Brand Manager Toronto

Own category strategy, P&L, and go-to-market execution at Open Farm in Toronto through a structured hybrid work model.

As Senior Brand Manager, you will manage a premium pet food category end to end. Build category plans, portfolio strategies, and commercial models while partnering across Sales, Finance, Creative, Innovation, and channel teams. Use insights, Excel, and syndicated data to guide decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage category plans, insights, and channel growth opportunities
Own revenue, margin, forecasts, ROI, and marketing investment
Build price pack architecture and portfolio guardrails
Lead launches from concept through post-launch learning
Align cross-functional teams through clear, insight-led briefs

Requirements:

Five-plus years in CPG or category management
Hands-on P&L, budget, and forecast ownership experience
Experience building category plans and portfolio strategies
Primary role in at least two launches
Strong Excel, analytical, writing, and presentation capabilities

Bring commercial ownership, consumer insight, and cross-functional leadership to Open Farm’s premium pet food business in Toronto.
