Medical Aesthetics Clinic Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

Em clinic in growing and we are seeking someone with amazing energy and passion for the beauty industry to join our team! The candidate must be a positive team player, genuinely concerned about the well-being of clients and be proficient in problem-solving to enable smooth running of the clinic and the front reception.

This role will include client care/reception duties as well as social media/marketing content creation my be required. This is a part time position to start with the opportunity move to permanent full time. A minimum of 24hrs but must be available up to 40 hours as per clinic needs.

Requirements:

· Answering phones and emails.

· Scheduling appointments.

· Collecting payments.

· Greeting clients .

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Social media content creation/marketing experience.

· Follow up with clients.

· Positive mindset and energy.

· Great listening and communication skills.

· Compassionate and caring.

· Passion for aesthetic medicine and providing an exceptional experience for every client.

· Knowledge in skin care is an asset.

· Assist with day-to-day clinic operational needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
