Technical Lead Data Architect Hybrid Role

Become a leader in data modernization at Cognizant as a Data Architect / Onsite Technical Lead. Drive strategic planning and architecture for cloud-based data platforms in a hybrid work environment.
In this critical role, you will direct enterprise data transformation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in SQL Server, Snowflake, and AWS will guide the assessment of current data platforms and define optimal migration strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that technical recommendations align with business goals, leading workshops for stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead stakeholder engagement and requirements validation workshops
• Assess state data platforms and identify modernization opportunities
• Define target-state data architectures with cloud focus
• Provide architectural leadership for SQL Server and Snowflake
• Collaborate on implementation roadmaps and delivery outcomes
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Data Architect or Technical Lead
• Strong SQL Server and ETL process expertise
• Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake architecture
• Experience with AWS services and cloud platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
