Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join PA Shop Productions.
Company Overview
PA Shop Productions is a Family Owned, incredible group of passionate people working on some of the greatest events, tours & festivals in Ontario. Providing Sound, Lighting, Staging, Video, Techs and more to all kinds of incredible events. We are truly a strong team and a family here and we are looking for someone to come in and handle our books with the potential for a person with the right personality to grow into working with our team on a day to day basis for phone answering, and other admin tasks. This will start as part time book keeping and see where it goes from there.
Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping and data entry
- Proficient use of QuickBooks Essentials
- Managing QuickBooks Payroll
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Paying bills via e-Transfer and checks
? Requirements:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 - 15 per week
