As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-driven Training and Education Administrator to join our Training and Education team.

Position Overview: The Training and Education Administrator role is pivotal in helping with coordinating training programs, maintaining educational resources, and supporting the professional development of our staff and franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and Guidance: Act as the primary contact for all training-related inquiries, helping and information to staff and franchisees
• Training Program Coordination : Coordinate training schedules, add necessary employees and franchisees, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Resource Management: Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and online resources to reflect current practices and policies.
• Record Keeping: Track participation, progress, and outcomes of training programs, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Continuous Improvement : Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, recommending enhancements as needed.

These individuals will work in a fast paced environment and conduct themselves in a professional manner where communicating using business acumen lingo will be necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in an office environment
• University or College Degree preferred but not required (Business Analyst or other Business Degree or Certificate)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail and time management skills
• Able to work within a team atmosphere or independently and take accountability
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
• Experience using CRM software
• Work well under pressure, high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Excellent customer relationship skill

This position offers a Hybrid work schedule.

You will be required to be in the office two days each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance). When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required.Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools.
