Business Transformation Consultant at NiCE

Drive business transformation as a Lead Consultant in NiCE’s VRS team, specializing in optimizing customer experiences and operational processes through data analytics. Make a measurable impact on client success.
In this essential consulting role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of CCaaS and analytics to support customers in maximizing the value of NiCE solutions. Your experience will guide you in developing actionable strategies while working directly with different teams to enhance client relationships and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully deliver value realization projects for clients
• Lead initiatives that improve business process efficiency
• Own customer relationships, ensuring engagement and satisfaction
• Develop strategies based on financial and impact analyses
• Facilitate discussions with technical teams for project alignment
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in consulting roles focusing on software solutions
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with quantifiable results
• Strong understanding of CCaaS and analytics technologies
• Highly analytical with proven presentation skills
• Experience with NICE Interaction Analytics or similar platforms
