Location: On-site in Calgary, AB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours/week with flexible start and end times
Compensation: $25-$30/hour (depending on experience)
Benefits: Health benefits after 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and schedule client appointments
- Organize and maintain client intake and tax documentation
- Format and manage client data using spreadsheets (e.g., mileage logs)
- Handle client communications including updates, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Issue invoices and oversee referral gift/rewards programs
- Monitor emails and messages, documenting correspondence and identifying priorities
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to create fillable PDFs or simple online forms
- Strong spreadsheet skills in either Excel or Sheets
- Comfort with making basic website content updates an advantage
- Client communication skills - written, over phone or in person
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of administrative experience with client-facing duties
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, courteous, and able to work independently
