- Collaborate with stakeholders on challenging cases
- Communicate effectively across departments to enhance customer experience
- Proactively address potential issues before they escalate
- Utilize software tools for accurate problem diagnosis
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- 2+ years of customer service interaction
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- Experience with high-volume support ticketing systems
