We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our reach.
Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our freight forwarding services. You will work closely with clients to understand their shipping needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. If you are passionate about sales and have a strong background in logistics or freight forwarding, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Provide ongoing support to customers and address any issues that may arise
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs processes is an asset
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
