Drive cloud reliability and customer success as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Guidewire. Engage with customers and enhance our InsuranceSuite and cloud platform. In this pivotal role at Guidewire, you'll bring strong technical prowess and customer-facing skills. With a focus on Bash, Python, and Go, you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to optimize our cloud offerings. Your mission is to ensure smooth operations of our SaaS infrastructure, improve processes, and lead automation efforts for 24/7 reliability. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to address requirements and enhance service
Analyze observability data for operational efficiency improvements
Automate routine tasks for streamlined processes
Work cross-functionally to meet customer goals
Contribute to code and strategic technical solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with Linux, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
Proficient in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
Strong communication skills for customer interaction
Willingness to travel up to 25%
