Vice President Operational Excellence Leadership Role

Drive transformative operational changes at Sentrex Health Solutions as the Vice President of Operational Excellence. This key role partners with the COO to enhance governance frameworks and performance measures. You will play an integral role in shaping the operational landscape of Sentrex. With your extensive experience in leading complex programs, you'll navigate cross-functional dependencies while ensuring that initiatives align with corporate objectives. - Provide strategic insights and analysis to the COO
- Lead board-level presentations and materials
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for operational improvement
- Monitor project alignment with strategic goals
- Develop a high-performing Operational Excellence team
- Proficient in AI practices and applications
- Advanced degree preferred, minimum 10 years in leadership
- Proven expertise in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Financial acumen with budget management experience
