Director of AI Metrics & Engineering Performance

In this strategic role, you will leverage over a decade of experience to lead performance measurement initiatives. Your mission will be to develop enterprise measurement frameworks that focus on quality, teamwork, and productivity in AI-enabled environments. Engage with various departments to communicate insights that inform key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and lead Agile performance measurement frameworks
• Establish new KPIs that reflect system health
• Guide the engineering performance analytics platform roadmap
• Translate complex performance data for executive discussions
• Collaborate with teams to ensure responsible metric use
Requirements:
• 10+ years in engineering and agile performance
• Expertise in performance frameworks like SPACE and DORA
• Strong analytical skills for translating signals into insights
• Proficient in using Power BI and other analytics tools
• Knowledge of AI in software delivery
