Director, Intelligent Automation - AI

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the delivery roadmap for the augmentation portfolio across business units, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and value realization.
- Lead solution delivery across both low-code rapid deployments and complex builds, ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and adoption.
- Serve as the primary business partner to central Technology teams, aligning augmentation solutions with foundational technology investments.
- Oversee operational quality, governance, and release readiness, ensuring all capabilities meet defined acceptance criteria and audit standards.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, while engaging stakeholders and communicating outcomes to business leaders and executives.
- Drive capacity planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of the shared augmentation library to maximize long-term value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operational transformation, intelligent automation, product delivery, or related domains
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions into production environments
- Strong understanding of operations in financial services, banking, or insurance sectors
- Experience owning product roadmaps, capacity planning, prioritization, and measurable value delivery
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform) and Salesforce at a functional level
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT, architecture, and business teams
- Experience leading teams (5–6 members) with a focus on building inclusive, high-performing environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
