Drive financial insights as a Global R&D Financial Analyst at Siemens Healthcare Point of Care. Contribute to strategic decision-making and optimize R&D spend in a diverse, collaborative environment. This role focuses on planning, analysis, and reporting within the Siemens Healthcare R&D sector. As a pivotal member of a cross-functional team, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluations. You will also provide insights through comprehensive financial reports and presentations that guide R&D investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results for accuracy and completeness
- Develop financial reports and review budgets with management
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and coordinate auditor interactions
- Drive financial performance optimization for R&D projects
- Conduct financial planning for ongoing and new projects
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 3–5 years of analytical and controlling experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of healthcare R&D methodologies
