Drive pipeline growth as a Growth Marketing Lead at Convey. This role focuses on strategic account-based marketing, events, and digital media while harnessing a customized digital workforce. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will shape how marketing contributes to sales pipeline goals and collaboratively develop strategies with sales leadership. Your responsibilities will include executing account-based programs, leading events with a focus on engagement, and managing paid media channels. Additionally, you will build and direct your digital workforce to streamline operational tasks, allowing you to concentrate on marketing strategy and creative initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline goals
- Execute targeted account-based programs with sales teams
- Develop events that drive engagement and participation
- Oversee paid media strategy and optimize budget
- Manage website as a conversion-focused asset
- 8+ years in B2B growth or demand generation
- Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets
- Hands-on experience with paid media strategies
- Strong analytical skills in CRM and reporting
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets
