Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) - 18-Month Contract

Cencora seeks a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse for an 18-month contract role administering specialty infusion and injection therapies at clinic locations in Langley and Abbotsford, British Columbia. The position involves medication administration, patient monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications per Health Canada standards and product monographs
- Assess and monitor infusion and injection treatments according to established protocols
- Complete clinical documentation in compliance with College of Nurses requirements
- Report adverse events and product complaints per organizational policies
- Communicate with case managers, physicians, pharmacy, and scheduling teams to meet timelines
Requirements
- RPN/LPN professional license or registration in British Columbia
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical practice, health sciences, or related field
- IV therapy experience preferred; ACLS, PALS certifications and acute care background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within designated geographical areas
