Deine Mission
Als Funnel & Performance Marketer (m/w/d) verbindest du zwei Welten, die zu oft getrennt gedacht werden: Paid Traffic & Funnel-Conversion . Du arbeitest direkt mit Wlad Jachtchenko und sorgst dafür, dass Werbeanzeigen und Funnel-Strecken Hand in Hand arbeiten – vom ersten Klick bis zum unterschriebenen Coaching-Vertrag.
Deine Mission: Den gesamten Conversion-Pfad unserer High-Ticket-Programme messbar profitabler machen. Du denkst nicht in "Ads ODER Funnels", sondern siehst beides als ein zusammenhängendes System.
️ Deine Aufgaben
Planung, Umsetzung & Optimierung von Paid-Kampagnen auf Meta, Google und LinkedIn
Aufbau, Testing und Optimierung von Webinar-, VSL- und Application-Funnels
Conversion-Optimierung entlang der gesamten Funnel-Strecke: Landingpages, Webinar-Slides, Booking-Pages, E-Mail-Sequenzen
Enge Verzahnung von Ad-Creative, Hook und Funnel-Botschaft (Message-Match)
Aufbau sauberer Tracking- und Attribution-Setups mit Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GHL
A/B-Testing auf allen Funnel-Stufen: Anzeige → Landingpage → Webinar → Booking → Sales Call
Steuerung der zentralen KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, Opt-In-Rate, Show-Up-Rate, Closing-Rate, LTV
Zusammenarbeit mit Creative-Team, Sales und Founder zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Gesamtsystems
Das bringst du mit
2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Performance Marketing UND Funnel-Building (idealerweise im Coaching-/Info-Produkt-Bereich)
Tiefes Verständnis für Webinar-Funnels, VSL-Funnels und High-Ticket-Application-Funnels
Hands-on-Erfahrung mit FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel oder ClickFunnels (mind. eines davon Pflicht)
Sicherer Umgang mit Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros
Plus: ActiveCampaign, Zapier, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly, HubSpot
Verständnis für Copywriting, Offer-Design und Conversion-Psychologie
Analytisches Mindset, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise, klares ROAS-Denken
Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im Remote-Setup
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
