Deine Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Performance-Marketing-Kanäle Search, Display und Social mit Fokus auf skalierbares Wachstum
Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer datengetriebenen Online Marketing Strategie über alle relevanten Paid-Kanäle (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon etc.)
Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kampagnen inkl. Budgetverantwortung
Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung durch effiziente Steuerung von CPA, Budgets und Gebotsstrategien
Weitere Aufgaben als Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Mülheim/Ruhr
Analyse der Kampagnen-Performance sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Wachstumspotenziale
Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Paid-Kanäle, Zielgruppen und Skalierungsmöglichkeiten
Erstellung von Reportings, Forecasts und datenbasierten Handlungsempfehlungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit kreativen Schnittstellen zur Optimierung von Creatives im Einklang mit Kampagnen- und Markenstrategie
Damit überzeugst Du uns
erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Medien oder Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Online-Marketing
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online Marketing
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich E-Commerce
Praxiserprobte Erfahrung im Umgang mit SEA (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), Display und Programmatic Advertising

Routine in der Nutzung von Tracking- und Analyse-Tools
Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs wie CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
