As our Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the sales department, supporting the sales team, driving new and used vehicle sales, and helping create an exceptional experience for every customer. You'll work closely with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and department goals.

Assist the General Manager with planning, forecasting, and implementing sales strategies.

Monitor sales performance and maintain efficient sales processes.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support.

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure an outstanding buying experience.

Collaborate with all dealership departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive sales leadership experience is considered an asset.

Experience using dealership systems is an asset.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to multi-task.

A proven ability to motivate a team and achieve sales targets.

Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
