The job
As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities may include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly smile and providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Preparing drinks and food items while following quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Assembling dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders with care and attention to detail
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with fellow crew members and managers
- Working a variety of flexible and rotating shifts , including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
