Great contract opportunity! Our client, a well established firm in Toronto, is looking for an experienced consultant to assist with an Internal Audit project. This role requires someone with a strong background in audit and understanding of SOX guidance and requirements. This is a contract role is 6-9 months.

Responsibilities
Key aspects of this role include conducting walkthroughs and documentation of process flows. Also, you will dealing with and managing multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role , you possess a CPA designation or another recognized accounting accreditation. You also possess a minimum 5 years of experience in Internal/external audits. You are also knowledgeable and proficient with risks and controls concepts, in line with NI 52-109 /SOX guidance and requirements.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate controls for design effectiveness
