CIAM Delivery Lead with Technical Expertise

Drive innovative customer identity solutions as a CIAM Delivery Lead. This role focuses on end-to-end management and successful implementation of CIAM initiatives using Agile methodologies. In this pivotal role, you will lead delivery management, ensuring alignment between engineering and client business teams. With a focus on CIAM, you'll oversee project scopes, manage risks, and ensure compliance with security standards. You will be instrumental in building high-quality identity solutions that enhance customer experiences while maintaining strict governance and project oversight. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of complex CIAM initiatives
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation effectively
- Define key performance indicators for delivery success
- Act as primary contact for client engagement and oversight
- Guide a team to align CIAM solutions with security best practices
- 8+ years IT experience with 3-5 years in CIAM leadership
- Proficient with platforms like Ping Identity and Okta/Auth0
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols
- Familiar with GDPR and CCPA data privacy regulations
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
