Nanny Wanted - Seeking A Part Time Nanny For Our Infant (West End Kingston) $20 $25/Hr

Hello! We are a warm and welcoming family in Kingston's west end, looking for a responsible professional to care for our son part-time (10-15 hours/week) starting in fall 2026. He will be 1 year old at the end of August and is on the move and loves to explore! We also have two friendly, low-maintenance house cats. Pay Rate: $20-25/hour (dependent on experience and qualifications). Payment is "on the books" through HeartPayroll, with all statutory deductions, 4% vacation pay, biweekly direct deposit and pay stubs, and T4 provided at the end of the year. Responsibilities include:

• Managing our baby's routine, including feeding, diapering, and naptime.
• Providing attentive, active supervision to ensure safety during playtime.
• Engaging in age-appropriate, screen-free play and developmental activities.
• Performing light housekeeping strictly related to our child (tidying toys, washing baby dishes).

Qualifications we're looking for:

• Experience caring for infants and young toddlers.
• Up-to-date Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification and strong focus on health and safety.
• Background check (or willingness to obtain).
• Background or training in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or teaching/daycare experience would be an asset.

This is a live-out position. We are unable to provide transportation, but we are located close to a public transit hub less than 5 minutes' walk from the nearest stop.
