Business Insights Developer

Cencora seeks a Business Insights Developer to design and build analytics solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, and SAP Business Objects. The role involves data modeling, ETL development, report creation, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams to support internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop ETL solutions and data warehouse models using SQL Server and SSIS
- Create analytical reports and dashboards in Excel, Crystal Reports, and Business Objects Enterprise
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Networks, and Web Application Development teams on BI solution design
- Extract and standardize data from multiple sources following established protocols
- Train end users on analytical tools and write technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 7–10 years of directly related business analytics experience
- Advanced SQL and MS Office proficiency
- Advanced SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports expertise
- Data modeling and data warehousing skills
- SSIS ETL development capability
