Engineering Manager, Bridges & Structural Leadership

Remote People Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Canada's Structural Engineering team, focusing on bridge and infrastructure projects. You will mentor engineers, set technical standards, and collaborate with executives to deliver complex solutions across Canada.The role requires a P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Ontario, 8+ years of structural experience, and a proven leadership track record. Teams include engineers, EITs, and designers in a hands-on leadership environment.
