WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide leadership and supervision to production employees while supporting safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations in the department.
• Support continuous improvement by participating in audits and helping improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, HACCP procedures, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement while maintaining positive working relationships and clear communication with employees.
• Be available to work overtime as required.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (ex. General Education Development accreditation).
• Three to five years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Well-developed English communication skills (verbal, written, reading).
• Demonstrated ability to exercise effective judgment in business decisions.
• Excellent initiative and leadership /skills.
