Product Manager, Digital Health (14 month contract)

Why is this role important?

We are looking for a Product Manager, Digital Health to help shape and deliver digital experiences that make healthcare more accessible and easier to navigate for Canadians.

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, Digital Health, this role will own and advance key product capabilities across our pharmacy and PC Health digital ecosystem, with a focus on patient booking experiences, healthcare services and strategic digital health initiatives. The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, technology, design, analytics and external partners to identify patient needs, define product opportunities and deliver solutions that improve access to care, patient engagement and business outcomes.

This is a 14 month contract opportunity

What You’ll Do

Own and evolve key patient booking experiences and capabilities, ensuring they meet patient and pharmacy needs.

Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, translating customer insights, business priorities and performance data into clear product requirements and priorities.

Lead product discovery and delivery, working closely with Engineering, Design and cross-functional partners to bring new capabilities and enhancements to market.

Identify opportunities to improve patient acquisition, booking conversion, engagement and access to healthcare services across pharmacy and PC Health.

Partner with pharmacy and healthcare business teams to develop digital solutions that support existing services and enable new opportunities.

Responsible for managing pharmacy services offerings by configuring and managing content in the CMS for booking software

Manage relationships with key business and vendor partners, aligning stakeholders on product priorities, requirements and delivery.

Define and monitor product performance metrics, using data, experimentation and customer feedback to inform decisions and measure impact.

Manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements and resolve trade-offs to ensure timely delivery of high-value initiatives.

What You’ll Need

3–5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare, pharmacy or consumer-facing digital products.

Demonstrated experience owning digital product capabilities from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization.

Strong product judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical considerations.

Experience working closely with Engineering, Design and cross-functional teams in an agile product development environment.

Strong analytical skills and experience using product data, customer insights and performance metrics to drive decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.

Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with healthcare services, patient experiences and the Canadian healthcare ecosystem is an asset.

Experience with content management systems, booking platforms or other transactional digital experiences is an asset.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence and analytics platforms is an asset.

Post-secondary education in Business, Health Sciences, Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
