Lead the sales and marketing strategies for InnVest's Banff Collection Hotels. Maximize hotel revenue and build strong market relationships in one of Canada's top tourism destinations.
As the head of Sales and Marketing, you'll be instrumental in developing strategies that foster revenue growth and enhance the competitive edge of the Banff hotels. Drawing on over 5 years of hotel sales leadership experience, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure a unified approach to market demands. Your role will prioritize exceptional guest experiences while driving business results across three remarkable hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement sales and marketing plans
• Expand corporate and leisure business activities
• Build and nurture new and existing client relationships
• Lead account management and business analysis efforts
• Keep track of industry trends and competitor insights
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in hotel sales leadership
• Successful history of revenue growth and partnerships
• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management
• Familiarity with hotel market dynamics in Banff area
• Proficient in performance analysis and communication
