About The Position

The Financial Client Service Associate is responsible for maintaining and improving The Andrews Group's day-to-day operations and processes. The responsibilities are a combination of project management, vendor liaison, internal financial reporting, processing of client trades, leading team weekly meetings. The position handles all the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep the business “running smoothly and on time”.

While we have a strong network of vendors, consultants, and professionals, The Financial Client Service Associate will work with the other full-time team members and facilitate client requests whether directly or indirectly by delegating to another member of the team.

Our Ask

• College or University degree. An asset to have diploma or degree in accounting or finance related field.
• Canadian Securities Course an asset
• ·Minimum 2 to 3 years of previous experience
• Previous experience of working collaboratively in a team is an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office suite etc., including social media would be a benefit.
• The role requires the candidate to be in the office Monday-Friday.

Reporting Line

The Financial Client Service Associate will report to the Senior Advisor. The position will work closely with the other full-time team members.

Responsibilities

The Financial Client Service Associate is focused internally on all the behind-the-scenes logistics that are required to keep the company running day-to-day. This includes but is not limited to:

Vendor liaison

• All suppliers and landlord
• Sourcing new relationships when required.
• Gathering quotes

Internal Financial Reporting

• Timely Uploading and coordinating invoices, receipts with accountant/bookkeeper.

Client Relationship Management

• From time to time there will be client interaction at meetings, phone conversations. Being personable, engaging and genuinely interested is a core value.

Processing of Clients Trades

• Timely, accurate and efficient execution of trades
• Timely communication of such
• Complete and efficient document flow,
• Assist advisory team with meeting preparation of financial documents.

Organizational Planning

• Collaborate with the Senior Advisor in the development and tracking of team performance goals (KPI's), long-term business vision and goals, and marketing, operational plans.

Operational Effectiveness

• Familiarize, review, update and monitor day-to-day operational systems.
• Provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our company vision and objectives.
• Oversee and update the documentation of operational processes.
• Ensure that the consistent, efficient workflows in place are being followed and updated.
• Without compromising the quality of our client deliverables recommend process improvements that maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Help manage our relationship tracking for clients, contractors, and vendors.
