Nous investissons fortement en acquisition et nous cherchons quelqu’un qui maîtrise les canaux “hors Meta/Google” pour ouvrir de nouveaux relais de croissance rentables.
Ta mission
Tu prends ownership de la croissance via TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Taboola (native) et Microsoft Ads (Search + Audience/CTV selon opportunités). Ton rôle : tester vite, scaler fort, et maintenir une rentabilité solide.
Responsabilités
- Lancer, gérer et optimiser des campagnes sur :
- TikTok Ads (conversion, prospecting, retargeting, creatives)
- Pinterest Ads (shopping/collections, prospecting, retargeting)
- Taboola (native traffic, retargeting, scaling)
- Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Audience/CTV si applicable)
- Définir une stratégie full-funnel : acquisition + retargeting + nurturing
- Construire des frameworks de tests :
- hooks, angles, offres, formats, audiences, placements
- Piloter les KPIs : CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV, MER, CPM/CPC
- Travailler avec l’équipe créa : briefs, itérations, refresh créatif constant
- Assurer une structure propre (naming, budgets, exclusions, tracking UTMs)
- Collaboration tracking/analytics : GA4, Shopify, attribution, post-click performance
- Reporting hebdo/mensuel + recommandations actionnables
Profil recherché
- 2+ ans d’expérience en paid media e-commerce (idéalement multi-plateformes)
- À l’aise avec des cycles de tests rapides et une logique “creative-first”
- Très bon niveau d’analyse et capacité à identifier ce qui scale réellement
- Autonomie, rigueur, capacité à documenter et itérer vite
- Bonus : expérience CTV (Microsoft), DSP, advertorials, landing pages CRO
