Business Development Representative For a Digital Marketing Agency

Job Responsibility:

As a Business Development Representative, you'll leverage your sales prowess to engage business prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media (direct messaging). Ideal candidates possess 2+ years of B2B sales experience and a drive to launch their sales career. With a focus on generating sales-qualified leads and meeting weekly targets, success in this role guarantees advancement to an Account Executive position after one year of exceeding expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good understanding of website traffic KPIs such as clicks, impressions, CTR etc.
• 2+ years of business development or sales experience preferred in a B2B and digital marketing, IT, and/or SAAS environment, but willing to work with exceptionally ambitious individuals looking to start a sales career.
• Organized, ambitious, disciplined, and resourceful
• Proficient in writing persuasive sales emails and messages
• Highly adept at utilizing a full tech stack and comfortable with technology (especially tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs)
• Skilled in making outbound calls, dedicating over 4 hours daily to phone outreach
• Proven track record of achieving professional goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Contact business prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
• Research and compile target contact and account lists
• Craft compelling email offers, sequences, and messages
• Generate a minimum of 10 sales-qualified leads per week
• Facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and your sales manager
• Report on sales targets, both weekly and monthly
• Stay up-to-date with digital and inbound marketing trends

A training to find prospects will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,815.10-$62,139.12 per year
