Marketing Manager - Heme

AstraZeneca seeks a Marketing Manager for its Haematology portfolio within the Oncology Business Unit in Mississauga. The role involves developing strategic and tactical plans, leading cross-functional teams, and driving customer engagement to advance heme oncology initiatives and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Co-coordinate strategic and tactical planning for key indications in the haematology portfolio
- Lead cross-functional tactical execution within the broader haematology strategy
- Build external relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen market position in heme oncology
- Drive customer engagement and interaction strategies with healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups
- Monitor and influence brand performance and profitability while managing promotional spend
Requirements
- University degree in science or business
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales, marketing, professional education, or analytics
- Strong communication skills: interpersonal, written, and presentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions without direct authority
- Creative problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity and complexity
- Haematology or Oncology experience (asset)
- Customer insights collection experience with prescribers, patients, and payers (asset)
Compensation: $115,084–$151,047.75 base annual salary
