Mental Health System Consultant - London

Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness is seeking a passionate consultant to enhance children's mental health systems in London-Middlesex. Drive improvements through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
This Lead Agency Consultant position involves shaping children’s mental health services by identifying gaps and opportunities while leading community planning projects. You will engage with local agencies and hospitals, ensuring that care is effective and culturally responsive, all while leveraging data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support strategic planning for children's mental health
• Lead community planning and stakeholder engagement
• Analyze local healthcare data for service gaps
• Implement quality initiatives to improve services
• Manage project plans adapting to priorities
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience
• Training in quality improvement methodologies
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365 applications
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle access
Your leadership will foster improved mental health services for the community.
