Vancouver Customer Account Executive Position

Elevate your sales career as a Customer Account Executive at Tailscale in Vancouver. Engage clients, drive renewals, and champion the adoption of Tailscale's innovative solutions. As a Customer Account Executive on Tailscale's Sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding existing customer accounts and ensuring successful software adoption. Your focus will be on educating clients about new features, identifying additional use cases, and partnering with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role demands a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Tailscale’s customer solutions
- Build a pipeline through upselling and renewals
- Own upsell targets for your accounts
- Educate clients on Tailscale’s value throughout their journeys
- Provide accurate forecasting and revenue projections
- Up to 1 year in quota-carrying sales roles
- Strong motivation for a remote software startup
- Experience in developer and technical sales
- Ability to present to senior management
- Proficiency with pipeline management tools like Gong
