What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver Memory Interface Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion.
• Representing the product line internally and externally, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Reporting on project status to key customers and collaborating with R&D teams to plan new developments and enhancements.
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
• Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, scheduling timelines, and tracking milestones using industry-standard tools.
• Analyzing project performance and ensuring quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Empowering team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
• Providing regular updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields.
• Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience managing customer expectations and communications is an asset
• Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
• Ability to navigate and utilize tools in a Linux environment.
