• Support external compensation consultants and the Compensation Committee
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate and preferably MBA
• 15+ years in compensation/HR management roles
• Experience in rapid growth life sciences companies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
