As a Partner, you will play a key role in client leadership, business development, and firm strategy, while mentoring the next generation of professionals.

ABOUT YOU
Experience, Education, and Professional Development:
- Proven leadership experience (15 + years) in public practice or a related field.
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and licensed (or licensable).
- A proven track record of leading complex client relationships across assurance, tax and advisory.
- Strong commercial instinct, with demonstrated success in business development, revenue growth, and opportunity identification.
- Credibility as a trusted advisor, with the judgment and technical depth to guide clients through complex financial, operational, and strategic decisions.
- Experience working with privately held and/or owner-managed businesses.
- A people-focused leadership style – skilled at mentoring, developing, and having thoughtful conversations with senior team members.
- A values-driven approach, grounded in integrity, sound judgment, and professional excellence.
- Strategic perspective and strong time management skills, enabling you to balance client leadership, business growth, and firm-level responsibilities.
Key Functions and Competencies
- Lead and grow a portfolio of clients across assurance, tax, and advisory services, delivering practical guidance on complex financial and operational decisions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and prospects, including representing the firm in the market.
- Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to firm-wide growth initiatives.
- Mentor, coach, and develop managers and senior staff through effective feedback and thoughtful conversations.
- Contribute to firm leadership, governance, and strategic planning, supporting shared outcomes across the practice.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional quality and compliance.
