You will promote innovative care models, ensuring effective service delivery and alignment within Island Health's Long-Term Care framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate provider onboarding and administrative support processes
• Build relationships with divisions and site leadership
• Engage in recruitment and credentialing initiatives
• Promote learning opportunities for medical students and practitioners
• Explore innovative care models like NP integration and virtual care

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or related field
• Five years’ experience in healthcare project coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
