Director of Marketing Strategy at Visa

Drive strategic marketing initiatives with Visa as Director of Marketing Strategy in San Francisco. This role empowers the NA Marketing leadership through data-driven insights and operational excellence. As a Director of Strategy and Operations, you will shape Visa’s marketing roadmap aligned with the 2030 Strategy. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and global teams, translating market trends into actionable strategies. Your leadership will ensure that the marketing team meets vital business and brand objectives while addressing noteworthy challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for consumer and B2B segments
- Provide thought leadership on brand strength and market trends
- Manage OKRs and KPIs for marketing initiatives
- Structure and address complex business challenges collaboratively
- Create executive updates with key insights and recommendations
- 10+ years experience with a Bachelor’s or 8 years with an Advanced Degree
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in business strategy and operations
- Proven project management capabilities
- Familiarity with the payments industry preferred
