- Oversee and guide Prep Cooks in pastry preparation
- Train Prep Cooks on recipes and cooking techniques
- Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Organize stock rooms and manage food storage
- Prepare and plate pastry products attractively
- Diploma or degree in Pastry or Culinary Arts
- Experience in a culinary cooking role
- Food Handlers Certification required
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
