Implementation Consultant at Gatekeeper

Drive customer success as an Implementation Consultant with Gatekeeper. This fully remote role focuses on configuring software and guiding customers through implementation. As an Implementation Consultant for Gatekeeper, you will serve as the primary technical contact for a range of established clients. This role emphasizes building strong relationships while managing the entire customer journey, from implementation to ongoing support. You'll leverage your technical expertise to help clients optimize their workflows and maximize their use of Gatekeeper's cutting-edge AI platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer portfolios with a focus on technical support
- Guide clients through phased implementation stages
- Configure workflows based on customer business processes
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage
- Document customer configurations meticulously
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- Proven expertise in SaaS implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication in customer interactions
- Eagerness to learn about new AI tools
