Job Title: Platform DevOps Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom is non‑negotiable.
Position Overview Seeking an experienced Platform DevOps Engineer with a robust background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will build and support enterprise platform engineering capabilities.
Responsibilities Design and support enterprise platform engineering solutions.
Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer platforms.
Build reusable DevOps platforms and automation frameworks.
Support Kubernetes, container platforms, and CI/CD ecosystems.
Implement monitoring, observability, and platform governance capabilities.
Support telecom infrastructure, network services, 5G platforms, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams.
Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications Experience as a Platform DevOps Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
Experience supporting enterprise platform engineering initiatives.
Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom environments.
Solid Kubernetes, Docker, and container platform experience.
Strong automation and Infrastructure as Code expertise.
Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
Experience with cloud-native technologies.
Solid troubleshooting abilities.
