Description

Support the development of all web and graphic design creative assets for the all Digital Marketing properties to support all lottery, casino and sports game verticals, player segments, and other divisions for user experiences in a manner that achieves business objectives

Lead the creation, development and execution of original concepts of a wide range of communication/creative assets spanning from digital advertising, owned digital media assets, direct marketing to other channels including direct mail, print media and digital OOO, while demonstrating best practices and adhering to strict Brand Standards and guidelines

• Lead development of content that suits different media types and is responsive in design, building off a creative idea.

• Lead and manage a wide range of digital content including campaigns; new game launches across game verticals; player segments (new, current, retained); promotions (including contests, sweepstakes, lifecycle player bonusing) to player communications (email, direct mail, etc), digital signage,

• Lead, develop and execute A/B concepts to allow for Adopbe Target (or equivalent) testing, such as multiple colour variations, multiple copy lines/call to actions provided by copy writers and different creative assets

• Brainstorm and create ideas with Copywriters, User Experience Manager and Content Authors and Content Specialists and Campaign Delivery Manager to achieve business objectives and KPIs

• Work in collaboration with Senior Manager Creative Production, Campaign Delivery Managers, Copywriters and Content Authors to develop and execute all creative service requests understanding business requirements, and objectives

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and clients during the development and asset finalization processes to ensure business objectives are being met and requirements are being met

• Provide best practice recommendations to ensure business goals are met

• Work in collaboration with Cross-Functional teams and Campaign Delivery Managers to create engaging, on-brand digital content by understanding brand identities and enterprise brand positioning

• Manage version control of assets to ensure quality delivery of creative assets to businesses

• Create and maintain a library of assets adhering to team guidelines

• Provide all creative assets to Content Authors and Campaign Delivery Manager to update the website and apps or work directly within AEM to create banners, pages and layouts

• Work on ad hoc projects and internal communications where required

• Adapt advertising agency creative concepts into owned assets where required

• Perform active QA on deliverables and collaborate with Design team to QA work when needed

• Research and stay current with design and advertising trends in order to ensure communication strategies and tactics demonstrate industry best practices

• Create work that is complaint and respectful of various accessibility, diversity and language standards, working to engage a broad and inclusive audience in all content productions

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Top Skills' Details

1. 5+ years Previous experience in web design and creative asset development for HTML 5, Javascript and CSS.

2. Expert knowledge of graphic design tools Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), Figma, etc

3. Working knowledge of animation and editing tools Adobe After effects, Encoder, Premiere Pro

4. Understanding of CSS preprocessors like SASS and LESS.

Experience with AEM is a strong Nice to Have

This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
