Wir suchen im Rahmen der unbefristeten Festanstellung zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Fachkraft als Steuerfachangestellte/r - Bilanzbuchhalter/in (m/w/d)
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Abhängig von Ihrem Vorwissen können wir das Aufgabengebiet und das davon abhängige Gehalt flexibel anpassen.
Die Abschlüsse der unterschiedlichen Firmen werden für die Steuerberater von uns so vorbereitet, dass nur noch wenige Abschlussbuchungen vom Steuerberater durchgeführt werden müssen.
Hier die Aufgaben aus der laufenden Buchhaltung:
Erstellung der laufenden Debitoren-, Kreditoren und Anlagenbuchhaltung
Rechnungserfassung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
Laufende Kontenabstimmungsarbeiten
Unterstützung bei Prozessentwicklungen
Vorbereitung und Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Erstellung von Zahlungen
Mahnwesen
Bearbeitung allgemeiner Anfragen und Korrespondenzen

Unsere Anforderungen:
Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Fachbereich oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung.
Sie bringen EDV-Affinität mit und erlernen schnell neue Programme.
Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit souverän in Deutsch und evtl. in Englisch zu kommunizieren.
Sie zeichnen sich durch eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit aus.
