Job Responsibility:
Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales and customer service.
Duties:- Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their needs- Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions or concerns- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:- Previous experience in technical sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly English and another language- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes
