• Process accurate bookkeeping and perform reconciliations
• Complete all month-end close processes and tax remittances
• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and reports
• Develop workflow processes and set financial systems for grants
• Engage with external auditors on compliance matters

Requirements:

• CPA designation is mandatory
• At least 3 years in full-cycle accounting roles
• Proficiency in Excel and QBO as an asset
• Experience in developing financial processes
• Knowledge of R&D accounting or grant funding is beneficial
