Accounts Payable Coordinator
Regular Full-Time
As one of our Accounts Payable Coordinators, you’ll be one of our go-to experts for all things Accounts Payable including:
- Managing invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Reconciling accounts payable records and statements.
- Responding to vendor and staff inquiries.
- Preparing reports, year-end working papers, and compliance documentation.
What we’re looking for:
- Business Administration Diploma with an accounting focus from a recognized University or College.
- 4 years’ experience in a high volume finance environment in accounts payable role.
- A sharp eye for detail, excellent time management, and top-tier communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to integrity, respect, connection, and progress.
